Science Department Curriculum

Aligned with the New York State Science Learning Standards (NYSSLS)

At BHSVA, our Science Department provides a dynamic, inquiry-based learning experience rooted in the New Visions curriculum. These standards encourage students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and develop a deep understanding of scientific principles through hands-on investigations and evidence-based reasoning.

The 9th and 10th grade classes need to be switched. Move Earth & Space Sciences list to Grade 10 and Move Biology list to Grade 9.
